Serious? Another 2.5 hours of class after an eight hour work schedule? Spare me, now! Actually, the time passed by relatively quickly. The instructor, also a police officer, is professional and had a tone that kept you awake, alert, and entertained. I appreciated the efficiency in checking in, receiving the instruction, taking the test, and getting the certification. The instructor is so considerate because he provided us with cushioned mats while we were kneeling and practicing giving CPR. I would not have minded the floor because the place is immaculate. Thank you for the painless, or dare I say, enjoyable class.

I highly recommend First Class CPR for those with needs in BLS, CPR, AED, First Aid, and much more. As an authorized training center for the American Heart Association, they are one of the best. In my experience, we finished the class in a very timely manner and I didn't find myself counting the minutes until I could leave. I hardly looked at my watch at all, as a matter of fact. Our many questions were answered fully and informatively. The instructors are skilled in keeping their customers highly engaged with interactive lessons and riveting real life anecdotes. While they honor and respect the seriousness in obtaining these skills (which range from everyday obligations to those of professionals and instructors), they have the innate ability to create a light-hearted atmosphere that is welcoming and incredibly educational. However, what sets them above the rest is that they will not cancel a class just because it isn't full; in fact, they are willing to teach a class of only 1 person. While they have many classes and options available, they also have the option of scheduling private instruction. All in all, First Class CPR offers their customers what really counts: Professionalism, dedication, entertainment, enrichment, practicality, convenience, variety, and satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. One Satisfied Customer.

Amazing well trained professionals that are hands down the beat at teaching this class as they are all in either medical, emergency or law enforcement. Their experience in their field is obvious with their knowledge and skills demonstrated in the class. You won't forget the steps and walk out confident in your ability to perform any of the courses you sign up for.

Our instructor, Evan, was funny, helpful, and informative. He has been doing this a long time and had so many great examples for when a person asked about why we had to do something this way. He definitely made the class worth going to. He wanted us to be precise and made sure we would be able to pass the test afterwards. I am now certified and more knowledgeable of cpr, aed, and first aid! I'll definitely come back for my renewal! :)

I'm an RN for over 30 years. I have had many CPR classes. This is the finest one I have ever attended. Information was given in a way to remember. The personal stories added interest that made it relevant and interesting. Want my family to attend this class.

I've taken several Classes to renew my BLS. Every 2 years I try to motivate myself to make it through the mandatory 2-3 hr class. Renew my card and move along. I actually stumbled on this particular course on Groupon. Alright, a discount. Why not? So I called, made an appt for Saturday and called it a day. I expected the usual. In.. Run through the protocols and procedures. Out. What I got was someone who is genuinely passionate about what he does. The instructor has years upon years of experience in the field ( the instructor I got is a police officer) - bonus. He was extremely nice. Super funny and just made the class an enjoyable experience. I will definitely return. As well as recommend them to all my coworkers and friends!
